We were appointed by Thomson Sawmills Ltd a family business to assist with the expansion of the business . The site had been expanded over 20 years and we we asked to help with the new expansion. in the end this included included a larger new Office, new Industrial unit to house new sawmill, Biomass and two new staff accommodation houses. This became a masterplan for the whole site moving completed reorganising the east of the site and a large planning application.
As with all masterplans it takes time and we worked on this project for over 8 years completing everything except the second house which was not yet required.
Over the years we have completed two other houses for the Clients as well as the above work.
